My story with food, image, weight loss and life enjoyment is the same or even similar to other success stories. It wasn't until I disregarded "experts", researched papers on my own, cross checked this with other success stories and "experts" and finally took a risk and trusted my myself.

All that I am saying is that as people we need to identify what we want/need/require, take in council from "experts", educate yourself and "walk the walk".

This page essentially links recipes that I have created for myself where I have experienced my own success. The core tenants of this philosophy is natural food as much as possible, minimal refinement as possible and combining food in a slow method of preparation.

It could be assumed Paleo, Primal, Banting etc etc, but not quite 100% of those previously mentioned fads. This information is freely available on this blog for your use and enjoyment.
